154(1)a) Failed To Drive In Marked Lane

incident today, 3 lanes ; 1 oncoming , 1 turning left , local area... [ Mount albion & Lawrence City of Hamilton]


Driver ahead of me slammed brakes and in order to avoid collision i move to the turning lane and ahead of him.


Officer was in oncoming 250 ft away , once he passed me made a u-turn and pulled me over,


Additional notes : Misspelled Address, and plate no CVOR No.


I am a student and never have had a ticket before (5yrs), what should I do option 1,2,3 ?

crown needs to not only prove that you failed to drive in a marked lane, but also that the manoeuvre was not made in safety.
