Disobey Stop Sign + Fail To Surrender Insur: Worth Fighting?

by: joland on

My wife just got 2 tickets today.

1) Disobey stop sign

2) Failure to surrender insurance (she actually had an outdated one).

If my MAIN GOAL is to prevent insurance premium from increasing, should I be fighting this?

If so, what are my chances of winning and who is the best in helping with this? Also, approximately how much would this cost me to fight it? Thanks.

In my opinion all tickets are worth fighting if you have the time. Note this is a minor conviction so it may be overlooked by your insurer, BUT if she gets into an accident or has another ticket all bets are off. You would have to call and see what your insurers specific policy would be.
