Missing Direction On The Ticket?

Unread post by willy »

Received ticket on Feb 13 for 118 in 110

The ticket states the name of highway (401) but NO direction. Shouldn't it state whether it's east or west?

The birthday year is wrong.

Trialed March 19 - received disclosure, requested typed disclosure, adjourned until April 16

Verbal accusations (all false):

changed (in and out) the lane without signaling

using a mobile

Accusation written on disclosed note (false):

reading a map

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

Direction of travel would not be listed on the ticket.

Not sure what you mean by verbal accusations, etc.
