Folliowing too close

I was ticketed for following too close. Went to the offence office to book a court date. In my hast filled in the wrong form option2 should have been option 3


Can I change it to option 3 after. Do I have any options

Any advice would be appreciated

Location: somewhere in traffic
Call the court office, number should be on the back of your ticket, and explain what happened. They should allow the change.
