Highway Traffic Act Schedules And Codes

hi i have a quick question regarding the highway traffic act. my drivers license is currently suspended for unpaid fines. i have been out of work for quite some time and need my license for work. i have just gotten a new job and need to get my dl back. i have contacted my mp and the courts to lift my suspension so i can work and pay the fines off. so i went to the courts and got extension packages however on the forms they ask for the offense that i know but they also ask contrary to blank at section blank and was sentenced to pay x amount of dollars. i know the amount of each fine but i do not know the contrary to blank and schedule. any help would be appreciated. this is a list of fines

1 use plate not authourized

2 drive motor vehicle no license

3 operate vehichle no insurance

4drive while under suspension.

unrelated fines are

enter premise when entry prohibited

fail to comply with bail conditions

assault

2 = HTA 32 (1)

3 = CAIA 2(1)(a)

4 = HTA 53(1)
