Defacing Or Removing Notices Or Obstructions - Section 184
Every person who wilfully removes, defaces or in any manner interferes with any notice or obstruction lawfully placed on a highway is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or to both. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 184.
