Red light. Failt to stop 144 (18)

Hey,

I was wondering if this was a fatal error? In reference to the arrows used to indicate the switching of the fields.

Also my recollection of the account was that I proceeded through the interesection when it was yellow and it turned red half way through.

I've never seen that situation specifically, but I think it might be. Likely will depend on your JP.

Did the officer serve the ticket to you like that or did he amend it after service. If latter - it is a fatal error.
