Violation Of G2 Licence Conditions

Unread post by Nicoroots »

I got stoped in a police block and I hade alcohol in my blood, enough to give me a ticket but not affect my insurance. I had no demerit points and my licence was suspended for 30 days.

I want to get a car and insure it but in my driver record it says that I comitted a "Violation of G2 Licence Conditions" and after that it says "Suspended Until May/'10"

Does that mean DUI or its just a general ticket that he gave me? will it affect my insurance?

Pleas help me!!!

Normally that suspension comes after you have been convicted of a G2 licence violation under O/Reg 340/94 section 6 (1), paragraph 1: Class G2 licence holder — B.A.C. above zero. It's an $85 fine. Then the Ministry suspends your licence. Are you saying you received no ticket at all from the incident? And how were you suspended for 30 days? Was this your third suspension? Because it should go 3 days, 7 days, then 30 days for someone with between 50 and 80 mgs of alcohol in their blood.

NOTHING I SAY ON HERE IS LEGAL ADVICE.
