Need advice - mto driver licence interview

I just reached 10 points and got a letter from MTO to come in for an interview - this is an opportunity for me to explain why my licensce should not be suspended..

What do I say when I go there?

Do I need a paralegal?

What is the worst outcome of this interview and what is the best possible outcome of this I interview?
