Speeding Ticket Road Name Error?

Speeding Ticket Road Name Error?

I was charged for 70 in a 50 Km/hr zone on EB (east bound) "Jackson Rd.", "Micheal" Township, when I was actually on "Jackson Bay Rd." There is another rural gravel road named "Jackson Rd." about 7 Kms away in the next township, where there is coincidently no posted speed limit...
