Just looking for info and possible options. so originally in Feb 2021 I was ticketed for speeding 49 over in a 90 (set fine of 294 total payable 359). I sent in my trial request but and kept checking the status and when the date would be. In May 2021 I was convicted by default so I protested it and ...

My advice focus on your driving habbits, be aware of whats aroun...

WRPS Cherry pickin. Tagged 70 in a 50. No advance warning.

As the subject says the police are cherry picking coming down on a highway from Maryhill to Bloomingdale the speed limit is 80 and this is rural. As you come into Bloomingdale you approach a hill as you go down the hill you pass the 50 km Begins sign. There is no warning sign at the speed limit is d...

Re: Can I fight to get a suspension stricken from my record?

Insurance companies do not use suspensions for unpaid fines against you. That is completely incorrect. Second this... Had a 3 day admin suspension.. on my G licence went to go and get my Bike insured and was told by a broker wait 2 months until the suspension dropped off my record or the insurance ...

Re: Demerit Points reduced after the fact

Short answer: no. They will be on your record for 2 years. However, you shouldn't worry about the points unless you have so many, you're risking a license suspension.
