how do i get my license back after 15 years of being suspend
in 1998 i was suspended for unpaid fines but didnt know i was suspended cuz i never got a notice . then i was pulled over and told by the cop i was suspended and couldnt drive my car home .i started paying off my fines and drove anyways i was cought 3 times i also in that time got 2 dui's .i served ...
