Being picked on by an officer
First off, I just want to say that I have a clean driving record. I have never had an accident, and no speeding tickets whatsoever in the last 9 years. I am a responsible 29 year old guy, but somehow have received two tickets in two weeks in the same place by the same officer. Sound odd? First let m...
