I got ticket exceed 45 km/h. 403 highway @brantford, I have clean record, this is my first time speedy ticket ,that day is foggy day, weather report say visible is 0 that area , apr. 3 morning, I do not know how cop catch 145km/hour, what I can do now, what I can get if go to court, deduct fine or p...
