Red light camera ticket. Moving for emergency vehicle
Hello, I received a red light camera ticket. In the picture, you see an ambulance in front of me with flashing lights. I had moved to alleviate the traffic behind me for the emergency vehicles coming behind it. Is this a possible defense, if so, does anyone know any good case law to justify this pos...

Re: 11B Trial Preparation
I will elaborate further: This was a process that seemed like it was taking forever. However on my last trial, the 11b application was for the first time discussed. I basically held strong to my points that I made in my 11b application. The Prosecutor faught hard to refute them, but could not justif...

Re: 11B Trial Preparation
Correcttion: I was charged 17 months ago. Two months of that is attributed to myself and an istitutional delay of 8 months and the remaining 7 months is due to the prosecutor and officer.
any advice as to how to argue my case?

Re: 11B Trial Preparation
Yes, they are taking the position of there being "intake" delay of 2 months 5 days. And an "Institutional delay" of 8 months.
-I was charged 13 months ago.
Do you think the lenghty institutional delay will likely favor myself or the prosecution?
Thanks again,

11B Trial Preparation
Can anyone give me advice as to how to prepare for an 11(B) trial? A little background on what has happened so far: -I have submitted an 11b. -I recently received a response from the Prosecutor in the form of a "RESPONDENTS FACTUM". This mentions the position that the prosecution will take...

Re: Fighting 11b
However, the JP at the time had also mentioned that my 11b application was still valid during the last trial, I think he was just giving the prosecution a break for not responding (which is very odd).
Either way, it wouldnt hurt to resubmit the 11b anyways.. thanks a lot guys!

Fighting 11b
Hello everyone. What has happened so far: I submitted my 11b application (all thanks to all the great people who use this site) and attended trial after a 15 months delay. The prosecuter did not respond to my application and the JP gave her a hard time because of it. I then asked the JP if a stay ma...
