I will try the #2 option (attempt to reach an early resolution with Prosecutor). iFly55, I cannot say for sure but it was definitely snowing a lot at that time of night and I did not see the sign right in front of the intersection and also the two signs on O'Connor ...

So what would be your recommendation? Should I try to contact the Proescutor in order to attempt to get a lesser fine amount or?
