Radar testing after officers duty. Does this need to be on the officers statement on disclosure?
Hi Everyone. Just wondering if the officer must have in his statement the testing time of the radar unit after his duty as indicated in the radar manual? And if it’s not there is it’s grounds to dismiss the ticket? Thanks!
