Road Rage in Toronto Causes Fatal Crash

"A 55-year-old man was killed on a stretch of Canada's busiest highway in Ontario early Tuesday after he and another driver engaged in a high-speed game of cat and mouse that ended with a "deliberate" act of road rage, police said.

Information from witnesses and evidence collected at the scene left no doubt that the fatality was caused by a drawn-out road rage incident that ended when the victim was ejected onto the highway after his vehicle lost control and "rolled violently," said Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Cam Woolley. "

The poor guy was ejected from his car! :?

"Just after 5 a.m., a black SUV and a red car were seen speeding on the James Snow Parkway in the Milton area before merging into the Toronto-bound lanes of Highway 401, police said.

The vehicles continued to aggressively pass each other until the driver of the red car - believed to be a Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix - passed the black SUV and slammed on the brakes, police alleged.

The driver of the SUV swerved to avoid a collision and was thrown from the vehicle after it hit the highway's centre median, said police, who added the other driver fled the scene and has not surrendered to authorities. "
