Piano Concert For Charity In Guelph

by: sharipiano on

Hi everybody,

My name is Shari and I want to tell you about an inspiring piano concert at the University of Guelph on May 7th at 7:00 pm that I will be performing along with a classical pianist, Michael Costello. It is for a charity called the Mood Disorders Society of Canada whose head office is in Guelph and they are hoping to raise public awareness, de-stigmatize mental health issues and be advocates for those who need support.

You can find out more information at their website at http://www.mooddisorderscanada.ca/page/free-your-spirit. You can also see my web site

http://www.sharibrownstein.com and listen to some of my original pieces that I will be performing.

If you know some people who would benefit from this uplifting and inspiring concert, you can also choose to sponsor some people that may not have the funds to attend themselves and get advertised in the program at the concert. For example, If you would like to purchase adult or student tickets for $50 your would be mentioned on the program. If you sponsor $100 worth of tickets (for

adults or students) you would be on the program and the MDSC national website.

If you would like to order tickets, you can either email me or you can use the mood disorders society website. Just open the page above and scroll down, under tickets click on canada helps. On this new page click on the

third heading which says funds designation and click on free your

spirit piano concert series. The concert for Guelph is May 7th.

You can also click on this link http://www.canadahelps.org/CharityProfi ... yID=d78513 for a direct link to purchasing tickets.

Mental health issues affect many people, and we are hoping that people can find support and help as they face some challenges

that life may bring. Would anybody like to discuss mental health issues, music, or going out and having a great time on May 7th?!?!

Shari
