What Qualifies As A 'fatal' Error On A Ticket?

by: nutra on

Greetings!

I have a quick question: I received a speeding ticket pulling out of a small town – 84 in a 60 zone ….. eyesight from the 90kph sign.

I work as a paramedic and Demerit points are a concern …. for my professional driving record.

I am guilty as I was not beyond the sign …. the guy could have given me a break!

Question: The only thing I see on the ticket is a misspelled address : he did not write the Municipality correctly (it is properly written on my Drivers Licence). Is this grounds for cancelling the ticket?

Not much else to go on here!

Any insight would be appreciated.
